An order is confirmed once our team confirms it with you. Prices include all flowers and wrapping; delivery fees are shown at checkout.
Substitutions
Flowers are natural and seasonal. If a stem is unavailable we may substitute it with one of equal or greater value, keeping the style of the design.
Cancellations
You can cancel free of charge until we start preparing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Freshness promise
If your flowers arrive in less than perfect condition, send us a photo within 24 hours and we will make it right.
